Perfect bedroom

     I've always pictured different ways I've wanted my room to look. I've wanted a castle theme, a hippy theme, and a beach theme for as long as I could remember. 

      We added a bedroom on top of our garage and made it my room. It's kindof plain and if I could have the chance to remodel i would. 

     I would make my room many different colors but not too many to where it looks like a rainbow. I would have a canopy bed that swings from the ceiling and a chair hanging from the ceiling as well. I would have a princess vanity with endless supplies of makeup. My tv would be inside of the wall and half the size of a movie screen. I would have mirrors all around so I could see my whole outfit and take good selfies. 

    My room would have an upper level with a spiral staircase with a nail salon , a jacuzzi and a walk in closet two times the size of my room. I also would like there to be my bedroom set to be made of gold and diamonds.

I would like my color scheme to be something like this. 

Knowledge

 As a child , I was always curious. I always found myself questioning every little thing I could. I would think about it until I understood perfectly what I was trying to understand. 

   There were always things my parents would try to steer me clear from knowing. I'd always cover my eyes on bad scenes of television shows/ movies, I was told repeatedly not to repeat the language adults spoke around me such as cuss words.

   Even though I was never told why I never asked why. I knew why and I was afraid what they would think of me if they knew how far my knowledge extended with things like this. Would they think I was too immature to know why I had to cover my eyes? Either way, I didn't question it. 

   Now as a teenager , my parents and I have a clear understanding of what I know. As I get older it's obvious my age , along with my knowledge extends. 

Be A Better You

Accept that you cannot mold people to your own personal desire. 

Be grateful for what you do have. 

Capable of whatever you set your mind to.

Don't sweat the small stuff.

Everyone is not your friend.

Flaws make you, you!

Generosity should come easily. 

Handle decisions wisely. 

Invoke honesty. 

Jealousy is a hideous trait. 

Kindness. 

Love passionatley. 

Motivate those around you.

Never let anger get the best of you

Optimistic • Original • Open-minded ( great qualities to have ) 

Patience is key.

Quitting is for the weak. 

Realize your mistakes, learn from them. 

Self-respect.

Time and patience is essential. 

Understand what you're saying before you say it. 

Vibes are everything.

When in doubt, go with your doubt feeling. 

Let your eX's be a lesson learned. 

You're different. 

Zero people control your life. 

Powers

   I've always wished I would have been born with supernatural powers. Ever since I was little, my cousins and I would imagine we had different capabilities. We always would choose from, the ability to fly, or super- strength, or invisibility. 

    If I were able to chose my own powers, I would chose super strength, teleportation and the ability to freeze, fast forward, rewind, or slow down time.

   My first choose would be super strength because I would feel superior to those around me. I would love to be able to teleport myself to any location I so desired because that would give me the advantage of being where I want whenever I want. My third choice, the capability of freezing, fast forwarding, rewinding, or slowing down time. This would give me the advantage of redoing my actions. If I made a choice I regretted I could go back and fix it. I don't know anything that would be better than having these powers. 

High school

    High school is a time for many things. In my opinion, it can make or break you at times. However, the mixture of the two I believe is beneficial. In high school, you become aware of things you were blinded to before. 

    Stress becomes something you get used to. The loads of homework, the hours of studying and the number of quizzes/ tests a week can drain you physically and mentally. All of that mixed with stress from home and sometimes with your friends and or relationships.

    High school can also be the best years of your life. It's a time for many events such as football, volleyball, and basketball games. It's time to meet new people and experience new things. You can also be a part of extracurricular activities that benefit your decision making profession wise. 

      I believe that high school is a major step in the direction of adult hood. You mature all the way around. 

Phone privileges

   I believe the whole phone situation is just too much. As " college " students I feel sometimes we are treated as anything but. I, for one was not aware that there was ever an issue going on  pertaining to the use of our cell phones. I do not believe it is fair for all of the Early College students to suffer based on the immaturity and scandalous behavior of another students'. 

   

Poem extra credit

I grab onto my wife's hand as we drive down the street

"We'll be there any minute honey" I say trying to comfort her

My babygirl will be here soon, I can hardly wait 

November ninth, 2014, my life will now be changed forever 

At that moment you made a difference

You were so selfish

You, as if it were impossible to leave your phone alone 

You were so inconsiderate 

You, as if texting was more important than my family 

When did it hit you? 

Did it hit you like you hit me? 

Because of you my girls are gone, a thought I still can't live with 

I ache with grief you've yet to understand
